Currently building dashboards that go into client QBRs and at the moment building a Python validation system that catches financial discrepancies across a 224-office reporting workbook before they reach finance.

Cleaned and transformed 100K+ real estate transaction records across 26 months, engineering metrics like price-per-sqft and days to contract. Built two Tableau workbooks with 8 dashboards, including one overlaying 30-year mortgage rates against median close price to show how rate shifts move the market.

Built an AI-driven platform matching angel investors with startups. Contributed 1,000+ lines of code to a working prototype, including the compatibility scoring and recommendation features that power the matches.

Analyzed 10,000+ social media data points across 4 platforms to identify engagement trends, presenting monthly recommendations to cross-functional teams. Also coordinated a team of 15 interns to keep the analysis deliverables on time.
